I recently had the misfortune of staying at the Fairbridge Hotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. As a frequent traveler for work, I've never encountered such subpar service. To illustrate, I was knocked on my door at 11:01 by the receptionist, telling me that it was time to check out. The previous day, I had inquired about a late checkout and was aware of the additional $25 fee for an extra hour. Furthermore, the same receptionist had given me a hard time during check-in, claiming I didn't have a reservation despite having the confirmation in hand. The hotel's amenities also left much to be desired, with worn-out linens and a dirty toilet. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

I walked into the fairbridge hotel around 1:50 pm. The reception said, it was ok to check in at that time since check in was at 2:00 pm however, she started looking for my reservation and started questioning about if I had a reservation because she could not find my name. I show her my reservation number but it was not good enough for her. She demanded that I call Travelocity Because she could not find my name. After 40 minutes she finally found my reservation handed me the keys and not even an apologies for the inconvenience and her rudeness My trip was for two night. On Sunday it was 11:01 and the same receptionist knocks on my door and says it’s time for you to leave because checkout is at 11:00. I travel a lot and never had any other hotel receptionist knock on my door a minute after checkout time. The night before I had inquired about the cost of staying a one hour after checkout which they said it was $25.00 reason why I was staying a little longer. Clearness of Hotel: The linen is not very clean. The white towels look brown, the windows are dirty and the employee was rude. In the future the fairbridge hotel will not be the place were I’m going to be staying.

Staff at front desk were very friendly. Room is old, but spotlessly clean. Linens on bed and towels in bathroom were both clean and pleasantly soft. The only negative that I might mention is that lighting in room was sparce and room was rather dark and gloomy even with all lights turned on.

It smelled very old when you walk into the building but the room was AWFUL! I had recorded roaches and the towels were stained so badly I walked in looked around say the roaches, towels and patched up holes in the walls and walked back out! I’m not the one to leave a bad review but that was unacceptable.

Towel(s) literally were RAGGED - one was missing material the size of a plate!!! Water pressure is VERY low - couldn't even spray my body down without getting directly under the shower head. Bedding on par with the shower supplies. The "Continental Breakfast"......half-raw biscuits and gravy! Absolutely NO way I'll stay here again.

I would not Stay here again! The rooms we all (group of 4 families and 4 rooms) were staying in were nothing like the pictures in the booking photos on Hotels.com. The carpets hadn’t been vacuumed, the sheet and bedding had stains and burn holes in them, bugs in the rooms, the sheets were dirty in some rooms with food and hair that our families went down and got sheets and change them ourselves. I asked for our sheets and bedding to be changed when we came back all they did was make the bed with the SAME exact sheets that were already on the bed. But booking it through here we were stuck at this hotel because we had already paid.

Room, was run down, poor lighting. Water pressure was very bad. I wouldn't stay there again. Over priced. I feel taken advantage of doesnt live up to the franchisees name, The quality that im used to from this franchise. I will be thanking twice before staying at another one of this franchisees establishments.
