The staff at this property were AMAZING. Ben at the front desk was very courteous and accommodating. The hotel was clean and the housekeeping staff were also very thorough. My biggest critique is that the hotel is very very dated and the beds very uncomfortable. Because of the age of the hotel/rooms, everything appears dirty but really just age. I'd stay here again for the staff, but not sure I'm happy paying as much as I did for an uncomfortable bed and a dirty looking room.

Super friendly staff and economical!

We were impressed with the breakfast, the hotel was clean, a bit aged but well taken care of. The staff was top notch, putting notable efforts to ensure our stay was as good as it could be. The bed was not very comfortable, a little hard for my liking. Close to Hershey Park. The indoor pool was nice for the kids. Economical! We would stay again.

The staff is amazing! Super friendly and accommodating! The common areas are nice and well kept. The rooms are a little older and bathrooms could use some updating. Would definitely stay here again. Pool and gym are in great condition and lots of options in the gym including a peloton!

Mold in hotel room

mold in our hotel room during our stay from 7/18/25 to 7/20/25. Our room number originally assigned 223 (that room had mold in the bathroom) then we were changed to room number 338. I have written a formal compliant which is to long to write here but in a short version of this issue my fiancée is sensitive to mold, the front desk associate did nothing about it and now my fiancée had to make an emergency appt to see her doctor tomorrow due to respiratory discomfort.

The room we stayed in was not thoroughly vacuumed. Found fingernail clippings on floor, and food crumbs near couch. Before breakfast we checked out the pool and it had foam and a wad of hair in the middle of the pool. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful.

Longer than expected

We had a prolonged stay here. It started out a little rough. There was pink mold on the shower head and around the shower. We cleaned it an it was better. We did tell them and they came and did a better cleaning. I've stayed in may Hampton Inns and this seemed a little outdated/rundown from a room standpoint. The pool and workout rooms were nice. The laundry area was a nice perk, although not kept very clean. The breakfast was a standout. Great variety, only ran out of some things on one occasion. Overall, a highlight of the trip.
