The hotel itself is impeccable and the rooms are very comfortable and modern. Unfortunately it is in the middle of nowhere! You need to take a taxi to go out ALL the time. Nothing is walking distance except for the car dealership next door.

La Quinta Luna

The hotel was in a great location and close to the Zocalo. They bring a welcome drink after you check in and they park your car indoors off the streets. The breakfast and dinner offerings are beyond excellent, so good a true culinary delight !!

InterContinental Presidente Puebla

2.0 Nice facility, but staff lacking

Other than the concierge, the staff falls short of what you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. It took multiple phone calls to accomplish simple things like ordering from room service. At times the valet would disappear making it difficult to park or retrieve your car. Breakfast buffet was cold the first morning. Lots of normal details were overlooked at this hotel.
