Entire brand new three bedroom home with an official office. Features including fully fenced backyard equipped with an umbrella, outdoor furniture, and a wood burning fire pit for your outdoor entertainment needs. Inside the home you will find a pingpong/pool table, a chess board, a 70in tv in the living-room, and a 55in tv in the master bedroom, high speed internet with wifi to accommodate everyone’s web surfing needs. Home is centrally located, only 10 minutes from the Good Shepherd Hospital.

The space
Spacious, nearly 2,000 sq ft home. Our driveway can accommodate 3 cars. You will find an office with french doors as you enter the house. Open concept kitchen/living room area. Three good sized bedroom and 2 full baths. All brand new furnitures. Home sits on a large lot backs to wetland in a newly developed neighborhood. Community park in the working is just one house down. Walmart, Home Depot, cinema, bowling alley, and restaurants are conveniently nearby. Only 10 minutes from Good Shepherd Hospital.

Guests have access to the entire home except for the indoor furnace closet and the garage which is used as storage space for cleaning supplies.
