The sink drains would not drain. We had to remove the drain stopper. It was so disgusting full of hair and junk so it wouldn't drain.

This is an independently owned facility. When we arrived, there was not one employee in the entire building. They had a guest sitting in the lobby by the front desk to let people know that the person that was working, had to leave and would be back probably in a half hour or so. There was eight families waiting in the lobby to be checked in by the time that one employee got back. Ridiculous only have one employee for a whole hotel.

Poorly equipped property.

Minimally equipped room. No towel rack in bathroom! No closet, or rod to hang clothes. Lumpy pillows. Only mirror was in bathroom. No luggage carts. Paint around many doors was beat up and chipped. We have stayed at several “cheaper” properties that were better equipped.

Clean and convenient. Front desk nice. Sofa bed worn so bad you could feel the springs! Lamp shades damaged, all off them! Tear in sofa cushion, so they flipped around so the zipper side was shown! Lol, crayon like marks all over the walls. But was clean inisde, just lots of worn things and gashes everywhere.
