An old property not maintained. We had to manhandle our room door to get onto the room. Toilet ran for the 3 days we were there. We reported the problems but nothing was fixed. Staff was unfriendly to our service animal too. We thought a BW PLUS would be much much better.

I did check with front desk for any maintenance slips for repairs and did not find any for your room, I do apologize for this and will talk to my night staff. Noone was aware of you having a service animal as it wasn't on reservation.

Price was great, but the rooms are in bad shape. We stayed in room 210 and the mattress has visible staining to it. Pillows were yellow tinted. The fridge cabinet will not close. There’s a broken shelf in the bathroom. White stains on the carpet by the bed (yikes). Bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and despite running the air conditioner the room was insanely stuffy. Do better, Best Western.

There was not much to like. Nothing works. Elevator broken, ice machine broken, 3 of the lights in room missing bulbs, only 3 channels on TV, no maid service. What a dump. Never again.

Dear Guest Thank you for taking our survey your feedback is very important to us. I apologize about the elevator as it was being remodeled and its never a good time for that to be done I know. Our ice machine has been back ordered for awhile now but the good news is it will be here Thursday, the front desk has ice for guests. I do apologize that you didn't have a good stay, I do hope you give us another try, we really want all guests to enjoy their stay with us.

The room smelled smokey, the bed frames stuck out, so continuously running into them. The room is cramped, and run down, small bathroom, unfinished paint work on the walls, the 110v sockets too loose, our chargers would not stay plugged in. , noisy neighbor, ect, ect.. just a bad experience all the way..
