On check in one the clerks family members was yelling for her. They were remodeling rooms.The signs on the doors said "UNSAFE". Not an inviting look. And there was NO HOT WATER in my room, which I only discovered when trying to shower in the morning.

Paid extra for non smoking room. Smelled like cig smoke and had a smoking ok sticker on mirror. Was told no one smokes in room, however, very disappointed.

Bugs

We had cockroaches and when i asked the front desk lady to spray our room when we left to go to the store... She didnt and some lady came to our room to spray it while we were in the room and all the fast food was out and now contaminanted and she couldnt switch me rooms even though there was other room available. And when i told her theres roaches she acted like its a normal thing
