This is a great condo for a family getaway. It has tons of space to spread out and we loved having a bathroom attached to all three bedrooms. The condo was clean and well-equipped and both check-in and out were smooth and easy. The location was perfect for us too, quiet and off the main strip but easy driving distance to everything we wanted to do.

The location was ideal and the place was set up perfectly for our family, all adults on this trip! Everyone having their own bathroom so we could all get ready for a wedding nearby was exceptionally helpful (though there were no towels in the main level bathroom, we just borrowed a couple from upstairs). The beds were comfortable, check in was a breeze, and the host James was very responsive, worked with us for an early check in, and made a staying at his place super easy! We would definitely stay here again if we need a place to stay.

Reminiscent of a pension in Germany, Schönes Haus is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed for overnight needs. It’s tucked away in a quiet, wooded neighborhood with convenient parking, and just minutes from downtown Helen. Host James is very helpful, responsive, and accommodating.
