The kids loved this house. I got to tech my son how to play pool and we could see the fireworks from the game window. The kids first time in a hot tub. It was perfect and the beds were comfy. Very clean. Very close to town but also far enough away for privacy.

Comfy, well layed out, and eleganty furnished place with everything to keep an avg family or small gathering entertained in a fabulous location overlooking Helen and attentive hospitality oriented owners. Great place to relax except for the occasional bear passing through the backyard. Also the small road up to the road itself is a little treacherous driving and moreso walking so parking downtown is still pretty much necessary for venturing. No complaints though we had a wonderful stay for a reasonable price.

Check in was a breeze! If we had any questions or concerns the Host messaged back quickly. They checked in with us while we were there to make sure all was good and we didn’t need anything. Perfect place & location. The beds sleep amazing too, which is always a plus! They had tons of extra pillows in the closets and blankets for us to snuggle up with by the fire. We will definitely book her again for a weekend get away for our family

I planned this trip to surprise my husband for his birthday. He didn’t know that one of his friends and their family was staying with us. While we ate at one of our favorite restaurants Two Tire Taverns they walked up. They enjoyed the pool table and the kids loved the hot tube. While sitting on the back porch it was so relaxing that I was falling asleep in the chair. It had a lot of board games and cards. The location is perfect.
