A gorgeous four-bedroom home located within the lovely Retreat at Jordanelle neighborhood, this spacious, 2,400 square-foot hideaway features a bright, inviting layout. The central Park City location of Retreat at Jordanelle 915 keeps you just close enough to all the attractions— like the Jordanelle Reservoir, hiking trails, and our world-famous ski slopes— while also providing plenty of privacy for relaxing and recharging at the end of each day.

The open LIVING ROOM at Retreat at Jordanelle 915, with its sky-high vaulted ceilings and two levels of large windows, has lots of natural light and plenty of comfy spots to spread out. This well-designed area has modern luxuries like a large HDTV and a cozy gas fireplace. Take a seat on the sprawling leather sectional sofa or one of the classic armchairs while you warm up by the fireplace to relax or catch the latest episode of your favorite TV show.

Next to the living area is a FORMAL DINING AREA with a dining table that has seating for eight, next to a granite-topped peninsula bar with seating for four more. The fully stocked KITCHEN is open to the living and dining areas. It has elegant dark wood cabinetry and premier appliances consisting of a stainless-steel refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a gas range. The kitchen includes your favorite countertop appliances and— perhaps most importantly— a coffee nook with a coffee maker, a French press, and a Keurig, making it easy and enjoyable to prepare your favorite cuppa.

Through the back sliding glass door is the PRIVATE PATIO with a gas fire pit, perfect for an evening next to a warm fire roasting marshmallows or stargazing. There’s seating for 8 and a gas BBQ grill.

In the luxe PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, you’ll love the spacious king-size canopy bed and gorgeous accent wall. This sanctuary-like space also includes a desk space, a large HDTV, and an ENSUITE BATHROOM with a double vanity and a step-in shower with multiple shower heads–including rainshower and body jets - ideal for aprés-ski relaxing.

The SECOND BEDROOM has an inviting queen-size bed and an HDTV; the THIRD BEDROOM also has a queen-size bed and an HDTV as well as a laptop desk and chair. Kids and teens will love the FOURTH BEDROOM which has lots of sleeping space, including a full-over-full-size bunk bed, PLUS a twin-over-full bunk bed. This bedroom also has a large HDTV, as well as space for relaxing and playing games. There’s also an air mattress available, which increases the final sleeping space options to 14 for the whole home.

There’s also a LAUNDRY NOOK with an iron and board, a POWDER ROOM, and two more FULL-SIZE BATHROOMS, each with a tub/shower combo.

As guests of Retreat at Jordanelle 915, your group will also have use of the resort’s theater room, playground, hot tub, swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, and business center. Located close to nearby shopping and restaurants, you’ll love the convenience of this central location, while also basking in the peace and quiet of your surroundings.

We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. If your pet is accepted, the pet fee, which covers both hosting and pet cleaning, will be added to the reservation. Some restrictions apply.

Pet Fees:
Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation!

Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a key-less secure door code; no need to stop and pick up keys. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Your home will include an invitation to our Hospitality App, providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access and more.

Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.

Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a private conference room, and an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. Note: The theater room may not be accessible. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, several walking trails are leading to a covered pavilion, a 15-acre community park, and a large grass-sports area.

Great Property

Stayed here for a few days with friends and had a great time! I'd be sure to rent a car if you stay here during winter since the public transportation is a bit of a trek. Overall the house worked out great and had everything we needed!
