La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Perry
"No one was at the front desk when I went to check ion. I had to call to the back room multiple times before anyone came to the desk to check me in. She finally sauntered up to the front desk like I was bothering her from a nap. No apologies, no concern and no personality. When returning to the car to retrieve my luggage another customer was having to call for the clerk like I did. This to me was unacceptable. Breakfast was nice and counter was well attended. One of the thermal pots that holds the hot water was broken and made it nearly impossible to obtain hot water for tea. It appeared to have been that way for a while. I brought this to the attention of the person in the breakfast area and she stated it had indeed been that way for a while. She had reported it to her boss but they had not done anything at that time. I think LaQuinta can afford to buy a replacement so not sure why this has not been addressed. Room was clean and acceptable. No hand soap was available at the bathroom sink. Only supplies were the pump bottles for hair care and body wash in the shower."
