Our room had no heat. We shivered all night. When we complained to front desk, the maintenance man said he knew about lack of heat in that room. He said, and I paraphrase, “ I did what (name)said to do yesterday, but it didn’t work.”. So, someone knew room was uninhabitable , but it was rented anyway. ...
