The beds were comfortable, but that was the only good thing about our stay. They advertised room service, but that is incorrect. We had a normal hotel coffee maker, but they didn’t provide cups. Coffee situation in lobby is a big star bucks machine with only coffee, No other options, no creamer choices, and it was in no way star bucks quality. Toilet in bathroom was not connected to the floor. Only window faced the large indoor waterpark where everyone walked by. Parking lot was filthy with broken beer bottles, and cigarette butts, right outside the door.

The spot in the parking lot that I parked in had trash and broken bottles surrounding it. The rooms are dated and not in great shape, but adequate. The pool was too full/busy and lots of adults drinking in the pool and hot tub. There were older kids that were not following the rules and being bullies. It just overall felt sketchy and unsafe and the hallways (not poolside) were noisy all night. I would not stay here again.

This is the second time we have atayed here. My family loves the spacious suites and the pools/ arcade. People should be aware that they put a $25 hold on your card that stays for days that I seen mentioned nowhere. We will be staying again.

Property has rust & mold from the humidity of the water park. Hinges were rusted. The toilet was leaking & ran constantly. The beds were comfortable & it was clean. Staff was amazing!

Worst night of non sleep in a hotel ever!

The service for breakfast was super slow. The entire property looked run down. The front desk was friendly and attentive. There were kids running up and down the hall knocking on our door, arguing, and slamming doors up until 1 am. I called the front desk at 11:30 and they said they would send someone to look into the problem. It took until midnight for someone to do that. As soon as the security left, the kids kept on arguing in the hall and slamming doors. I just wish that security would have stayed longer or checked back.
