Basic hotel.

Breakfast room is clean and well maintained. Basic Continental breakfast. The hotel is clean. The room was clean but we rented 3 rooms for the family. One room smelled very musty. The Heating /cooling system in two of the rooms did not work well. Doesn't maintain the room temp. Either sweating or freezing at night. Maid did not come to our room and we stayed 4 nights. We discovered by the second day you have to put out sign to request maid. We put out sign and still not service. Check out was challenging. We wanted to split the bill and pay with debit for a portion. The front desk person had a very difficult time figuring this out.

Comfortable bed very loud air conditioning

Building was quiet, bed was very comfortable, but air conditioning unit had an issue with fan or some mechanism and noise was well above a normally loud air conditioner. Had to turn it off to sleep, but then had to turn on for 15 min increments as it was too warm.

You advertise for this hotel to have a hot tub and swimming pool however they have not had a hot tub for 2 years. Your add is very misleading and I would not have booked this hotel had I known it did not have a hot tub, Shame on you hotels.com for not providing accurate information
