The power was out on Saturday February 28th. We were not able to take any showers and had to walk down 4 flights of stairs in the dark. We were hoping to get some kind of a discount for this inconvenience but have not heard a word from the desk clerk, He said he would call me but never did

Staff was very help and friendly. The daily breakfast was really good and was out prior to 6am during the week. Room was clean. No complaints about the property at all.
