"Very convoluted process of communication between this service and the hotel. i tried to shift the start of my stay one day later and they said there were no rooms available even though i had reserved a room for that time and to go through Hotels.com to organize. Hotels didn't communicate with them at all and told me to simply handle it when i got there. They ended up giving my room away the day before and i had nowhere to stay. Awful communication between everyone involved for a very simple and common occurance. "
