Room was a bit on the dirty side with dust. We saw Heart there so we were happy but the prices definitely jacked up higher because of that. Check in was confusing at first because signs are not too clear and I had to pay resort fee despite pool and spa closed

Felt neglected and the AC didn’t work. The atmosphere is extremely smoky even upstairs in the hotel rooms. The hotel has no car service at all so it’s hard to move around if you don’t have a rental car. Good was good tho!

Unfortunately my experience at the hotel wasn’t what I expected considered the high price I paid for my room. The fire alarm ( false alarm ) went off and woke everyone up at 2:40am while we were slept and asked everyone to evacuate through the stairs . One of the employees mentioned happened before ( also false alarm ). That’s something unacceptable !. ( fire department/fire trucks never showed up to double check the situation, very unsafe in case is a real emergency ) Then in the early hours we heard above us some kind of remodeling going on, loud and annoying.The sounds travels easily between rooms so is possible heard what’s going on next to each others. Parking is only outdoors… other casinos with less charge for the rooms offers indoors parking and quieter rooms. Only positive side of the whole mess at Hard Rock Casino was the great attention of the stuff, so well presented, very professional and helpful. Place is very clean, well attended and restaurants fantastic. Will go back but never stay.

I really appreciated Michael giving me such a nice room with a great view. Considering this hotel/casino/venue is in the middle of nowhere. In the morning the fog on settled on the ground with bright sunshine. It was a surreal view.

Room was nice, comfy beds and clean. The only real complaint I have is the air conditioning, it’s on a timer, I found myself having to press the “on” button every hour. It seems to turn off on its own and then when it’s on you cannot feel it, I even woke up in the middle of the night and the room was 78 degrees, that made it a sleepless and unpleasant night for us
