"Just pass this place up honestly. Also I got down to breakfast at 9:05am and they basically pushed me out and closed the doors on me and that was it for breakfast. Which after I sat down and took a bite it really didn’t matter luckily I’d grabbed a bowl of cereal just in case. Room was extremely loud I was on second floor and I guess the washer and dryer is located directly beneath the bathroom and they ran them all night it sounded like I had a regular washer and dryer next to my bed. Running at the same time and off balance. Just pay 20 more and go to the Hilton."

"The room and hotel lobby were pretty clean. The kitchen in the room had almost everything you need to make meals. They have a complimentary breakfast every morning that was actually pretty good. They have some kind of eggs, sometimes bacon and sometimes sausage, 3 different types of cereal, waffles, bagels, muffins and some fruit, juices and milk. The only thing I would say they need to work on, is to explain to customers the charges that will hit their card and how much. They have a “incidental” hold they put on your card ($20 per night) and also if you have a pet, that’s $60 for up to 2 dogs per week. Other than that, the staff was great from the front desk, to the maintenance to housekeeping. Everyone was very helpful and nice. I’d definitely stay there again."

"I stayed at this hotel in April and was charged a $50 deposit. More than a month later, I realized the deposit had not been returned. When I contacted the hotel, I was told it was being kept due to an alleged smoking violation. I do not smoke and strongly dispute this claim. When I asked for documentation or an explanation, I was told the room had been inspected by management and allegedly smelled of smoke. I was also told that an email had been sent, but I never received any notification regarding this issue. What was most disappointing was the way my concerns were handled. During the conversation, I was told that the manager “didn’t care” and was asked why I wanted the money back since it was “only $50.” I was also told that I should be glad it wasn’t the larger smoking fee listed in the hotel’s policy. Regardless of the amount, $50 is still my money, and I believe customers deserve respectful treatment when asking about charges on their account. I understand hotels have policies, but customers also deserve professionalism, transparency, and documentation when money is withheld. Based on my experience, I would encourage future guests to carefully review any deposits or fees charged during their stay and keep records of all communications."
