On 4 acres of tropical gardens/farmland for you to enjoy during your stay. A very friendly 100 lb dog and 9lb cat. Both will approach you for affection.

We are licensed by the County of Maui as a B&B. We offer a Continental style of breakfast that conforms to content and style allowable by the County/what they say we can serve

The space
Has a Kitchenette with a toaster coffee maker and mini fridge. Queen size bed. This is a non-smoking/burning property, do not bring anything of this sort on to the property. Leave them in your car.
Guest access
Parking is in a specified area with a guest parking sign. Look immediately to your left as you enter the driveway.
During your stay
We try to greet guests when they arrive, but this is not always possible. Beyond that enjoy your stay. You can text, call or email, or even knock on our door. If we can help with questions please don't hesitate.
Other things to note
Please read the amenities carefully, if it is not on the list we do not offer it. Please be aware that we only allow up to 2 people in the Garden Room. So if there is a child with you they count as 1 of the people. There is a very comfortable queen bed in the room but no extra bedding or bed. Please only book if there are 2 people coming. All guests must register. This is required at check in, so make sure both names are on the reservation.
WiFi is free, we make no guarantees and offer no compensation, for devices that will not work on our system. We will do our best to help resolve issues you may have.
We live in a remote area of Maui, and occasionally we may lose utilities. Most are restored within a few hours. But sometimes longer. We offer no compensation for these short interruptions. Please bear this in mind when you are booking.

Very friendly hosts. Room was fine. Location is great and it’s nice and quiet. Bed was comfy. The price is right for a quick overnight in Hana. It’s nice that they offer one night stays. Breakfast could use improvement, and a little updating would help, but it worked out well for us.

Very quiet atmosphere to relax in after a long Hana Rd.driving adventure. Just what we were looking for. The bed was so comfortable. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. I read the comments and completely agree. From the warm welcome and hospitality from Anya and Frank, to the beautiful setting of their gorgeous property, to the nice room…everything was fantastic. I especially enjoyed being able to hang out with Hoku (friendly dog) and Amos and Andy (twin cats) as we roamed the property. Mahalo for the memorable stay.

We had an extraordinary experience at staying in our hosts’ 45 year old house surrounded by a small tropical garden and remnants of a 4-acre plantation. The Garden room was in a very peaceful setting. After a long n winding day, it was perfect to just relax. The continental breakfast that was given was a nice touch. Quiet and peaceful location- just the sounds of birds for background. The host met us to show us around. Enjoyed some fruit from the garden for breakfast and as a snack. There is a small fridge in the room as well as small sink and dishes/coffee machine. The room is clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a full bathroom attached. The very friendly dog joined us for a walk around the gardens. It was a very relaxing stay.
