Breakfast was the same every day and the sausage and bacon was cool,same 2 loaves maybe add a different type nothing for to keep you occupied at night after a day at work or sightseeing for Adults Maybe cards or adult puzzles or a cribbage board

Wheelchair friendly and great location

Great location. Lovely wheelchair accessible room. Only one small hanging area with a tiny shelf for clothes. Could have used a small drawer unit for clothes as plenty of room. Otherwise lots of room to turn and move about. Staff really friendly and helpful. We will be coming back here at some point in the future.

The perfect location for the gunwharf shopping

My good friend and I went this shopping trip together. This hotel is the perfect location for the gunwharf shopping center. We are able to drop stuff back to hotel easily then keep shopping. Also the Quay Card is a good extra for the savings.

A great place to stop if shopping at Gunwharf quays, lots of restaurants and bars too and buses to go further afield if you wish. A very pleasant stay at this hotel, clean, tidy room, a good breakfast and helpful staff.

Staff were kind and so helpful. Had a fabulous break away Our bathroom sink was cracked and a bit off putting as over time the cracks had discoloured and looked rather grimy.

We had a lovely stay. Staff friendly and breakfast was very good. The only downside was the cleaning of the rooms we found dirty tissues at the back of the bed and water still Left in the kettle

The rooms are a little worn and dated, but clean and serves well as a base to have a couple of days shopping. Situated right in the middle of Gunwharf Quays it is perfect to shop all day, drop purchases back to the room, shower and go out for a meal in one of the many nearby restaurants. Breakfast is really good, excellent variety of hot and cold options.

Let down

Our room overlooked the Quay Walk with the donut stand, at nighttime the Uni students descended on the bar directly opposite and shouted, whooped, wolf whistled and were a general noise nightmare until the early hours. Our room was as expected, the bed was too hard and uncomfortable. We left early - sleep deprived and grumpy.

Location is ok, However it looks old when you arrive. Cleanliness is not sure in the bedroom. The cleanings was not well achieved before we arrived. Bathroom is old aged. Unable to use TV, and it even stayed ON all night !!
