• Enough utensils, plates, and glasses for 8 guests, along with a large salad prep bowl, tongs, a can opener, bottle opener, pots, a large pan, a spatula, and a colander/strainer
• Very large covered balcony with patio chairs and table
• Beach chairs on the private section of the beach, with an evening beach bonfire pit available (firewood for sale)
