"It was a terrible experience - the staff is very slow. They are quick to charge & then they lose the information . Between the front desk & the concierge, I almost missed my flight. The spa wasn’t very cordial either. The rooms details are so dark , it’s hard to find switches. The windows were dirty. I have seen 2/3 star hotels more efficient than this."

"The staff, specifically the young man manning the counter most afternoons, was exceptional. I was travelling all through the Balkans and no place went out of their way more than Hotel Ebel in Tirana. Excellent location, great access to good and drink even on the premises connected. Lite breakfast was good, they even made me to go boxes as 2 of my 3 days I left for tours before the start of breakfast, waiting up front. Extremely thoughtful. The hotel room itself is much larger than others, and is set in a very charming setting. Great value for the money and Service 11 out of 10. When you find yourself in Tirana see for yourself. Thanks for a magnificent stay."

"The hotel is modern and exceptionally well maintained by the hardest working and kindest cleaning crew I've might. Excellent rooms, refreshing pool, and nearby beach access with chairs and umbrellas. What really sets the place apart are it's people who consistently went above and beyond.
