Upon arrival near midnight the guy at customer service was very friendly and welcoming. The room was okay, abit old. However, the toilet and sink has issue and plug up after first use. Went to front desk staff, she offer us a plunger to plug the toilet ourselves, but we refuse to since i'm paying to stay at the hotel and I don't think it's my job to do it. Than she offer a new room. Was not fun moving room in the middle of the night with a newborn. All I can say is good thing I only booked for 1 night.

We appreciated the free shuttle and the closeness to the airport. Service and room were good. The restaurant itself and the continental breakfast in the morning did not live up to our expectations.
