Room was unheated and approximately 10C when I walked in the bathroom floors never did heat up, TV did not work and staff came straight away unplugged it 4 times then it worked. Breakfast offerings are totally sub par No shuttle to airport, was told they had one spare shuttle on site but it was in need of repair and the other had a flat tire. That should be a quick fix but I was told to catch an Uber. Unacceptable! I have stayed or parked here 50 times, May well have been my last.

Staff was nice, shuttle fast. Not all rooms are accessible, you have to carry your luggage up 3 stairs in the hallway which can be challenging and would be great if they fixed this during any upcoming renovations. Room was clean
