I arrived at the property to find out we had no air conditioning in our room, but that there was a fan placed inside. A tech arrived at 9PM and worked on the system, and after an hour said he "thought" it was working... it wasn't. I woke up at 130AM to a squeaking fan and a room that was was 26 degrees, went to the front desk and dealt with a staff member who - literally - couldn't have cared less. The following morning I spoke to a lovely lady named AMY at the front desk - the one bright spot of our stay - and she promised me something would be done. After having to phone back later in the day, we were told we were being moved to another room (turned out to be an accessible room) and we received a whopping $50 credit from the manager for the nightmare stay the night before when the entire night likely should have been comped. The room the second night was decent, but I had to tell some drunks outside my door that opened to the parking lot to take the noise inside because they sounded like they were right in our room. It was really not an enjoyable stay in any manner, sadly, and they may have had the worst hotel breakfast I've ever experienced - and we travel a lot for basketball. The only reason we stayed here was because I got it mixed up with the Comfort hotel right next door. I would not recommend and I certainly won't be back.

It was a convenient location, staff was very attentive and friendly. Room was clean but somewhat outdated. Hard to figure out how to turn on tv settings or use coffee machine but staff was amazing when called. Breakfast was underwhelming to say the least. For a continental breakfast there weren't many baked goods options and even the apples seemed bruised and unfresh. Was going to use the pool but it smelled funny inside and there were a bunch of dirty soggy toys on the ground and something that looked like a dirty diaper, although i think this was from a guest and not the hotel staff/facility.

I read all the reviews which were all good so I’m thinking there filtering them out because there’s no way everyone felt it was clean and comfortable. My room was dirty my bag got coved in dirt from putting it on the shelf. I called to get it cleaned right away and they said they sent someone by the time we got back but it was still so dirty we didn’t feel safe sitting on the couch or the chair that was in the room as they both had so much gross dirt on them and under the cushions I don’t think they were ever vacuum. It was really bad. Like peanuts super old candy pieces of food actual dirt chunks. Our room had no bath towels no conditioner no body wash I called down to the front desk to have them delivered to my room and waited for 30mins then went down and got them myself. They advertise a breakfast but there was no breakfast it was bread and frozen waffles. Which I wouldn’t have stay if I had of know there was no breakfasts because we had dance competition and had to eat early before we left for the day. The fruit was bad we tried several orange the were rotten the juice was sour everything was gross. I told the front desk and they switched us to a renovated room. It didn’t solve any of the issues we had.

Easy to access , parking was excellent , staff were friendly , but both nights we stayed there they allowed the other guests kids to run up and down the stairs and were very disturbing and they did nothing about about it .

Great for access to shopping and restaurants. Area around is very industrial looking, staff were wonderfully kind! Beds were clean however the room had carpets which had a smell. Room looked a little dated. Bathroom was clean. Water was extremely HOT.
