We were also gifted a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor and had access to the Imperial Club which provided us with so much food to enjoy each day! The pools and amenities were very clean. "Generally the stay was good. All the staff in the hotel were very helpful. The lady who cleaned our room were especially very helpful and always having smile on her face. Downside was Room was pretty old .. and smell of sewage came out from the bathroom every night"
