A good choice amongst just a small number of Ha Tien hotels within a 2 miles (3 kilometers) walk of the sights of central Ha Tien, is the River Hotel.

The Knai Bang Chatt is positioned 16 miles (26 kilometers) from the city center of Ha Tien. Alternatively, the Spring Valley Resort is 16 miles (25 kilometers) away. The River Hotel and the Bird of Paradise Bungalows are other alternative places to base yourself in Ha Tien.

During your stay in Ha Tien, ensure you have enough time to explore some of Southern Vietnam's other attractions. Southern Vietnam is famous for rural landscapes, beaches, forests and rivers. Interesting visitor sights include ruins. Adventurous travelers may also throw themselves into hiking in this part of Vietnam.

50 miles (78 kilometers) to the southeast of Ha Tien, you'll reach Rach Gia, where you can spend the day exploring Nguyen Trung Truc Temple and Tam Bau Temple. When you spend a few nights in Rach Gia, be sure to check out the Sea Light Hotel and Sai Gon Rach Gia Hotel. For another option, head to Chau Doc, 45 miles (74 kilometers) northeast of Ha Tien, where you can pick from the Victoria Chau Doc Hotel and Hung Cuong Hotel. The Sam Mountain and Lady Chua Xu Temple are other popular points of interest to visit should you visit Chau Doc.

Before you make your way home from Southern Vietnam, be sure you experience an exciting game of sport. Stop by San Van Dong Duong Dong Stadium, which you can find to the west of Ha Tien.
