"My husband and I stayed here for two nights. It’s a fun and quirky place and we had a lovey time in Gulfport. We were in “The Old Fashioned” room 3rd floor no elevator. This did not bother us but it may be a problem for others. . The bed and pillows are very comfortable and the room itself was very clean. The location is wonderful. There were a couple of issues however, the ac was not able to keep up with the very hot Gulfport temperatures that we encountered in July. We were able to get a fan for the room and that helped and the room was comfortable. The bathroom had a dehumidifier that was loud and ran 24/7 unfortunately it blew hot air like a blowdryer the whole time. We had to keep the bathroom door shut to help keep the room cool. Towel racks were loose and the faucet for the beautiful tub was very loose. There is a coffee and tea station on the second floor that was nice to have for morning joe. The staff that you encounter work at the restaurant and bar. They appear very busy, this is a contactless hotel so all problems are discussed via text message. This is not a high-end place, however it’s fun and quirky just like Gulfport."
