It was perfect for our stay for my son’s soccer tournament. Seems older, but furnishings are up-to-date and it was very clean. It had everything we needed in the kitchen for meals when we did not eat out. Great proximity to the beach.

Spring break!

We had a great week! Super cute decorations & love having the beach chairs to use! Wish the pool was heated…but it felt warm after being in the gulf! Definitely would recommend staying here!

We definitely enjoyed the unit and the activities in this area.Being across from the elevator was a bit noisy but easy access to our unit. The roller carts were definitely a plus for luggage and groceries!

Not a fan of poor reviews so hear me out…check-in was great, location was amazing, nice pool at the condo that stayed open late (10pm).The condo itself though. Thumbs down. When we first walked in, a smell hit us in the face. It smelled like stale smoke/old people…the smell was there throughout our stay, every time we walked into the condo our 8y/o would cover his nose and say eww. The cleaning people left the prior guests dirty towels in the master closet, we found random hair balls everywhere. Floating on the tile, in the shower, on the carpet, etc. If you plan on cooking, bring a spatula because with all of the kitchen utensils you will not find a spatula.The master bed was missing a support bar on the frame so every night half of the head of the mattress would fall through so one of our heads would be on a decline throughout the night.I texted management about the cleanliness and bed frame after our first night and got no response. They would respond to other messages about check out time and what not though.Overall, good location and amenities. Condo could use some attention and maybe steam cleaning of furniture. The issues did not spoil our trip though, just some disappointment over all.

Beach vacay

The condo was wonderful and charming just enough room for my family to hang out and relax after a long day going to the beach and around town we loved it our kids especially loved the pool area it was great.The only downfall was the internet was spotty all the time signal was not the greatest in the condo and the parking was not great our family that was just down the road couldn’t come over to visit because there wasn’t any extra parking or even overflow parking for them so we didn’t get to see our family down the way at all while on our vacation to Gulf Shores but besides that it was a beautiful place to stay at can’t wait to plan for next year love the Seabreeze Condos there great Shopping was great as well just walking distance from our condo eateries in walking distance as well just a great place to stay LOVED IT THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH BEACH VACATION 2023!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was a perfect size for my family of 5. Appliances all worked well. Had beach items we needed so we didn’t have to purchase including 2 umbrellas, 4 beach chairs and beach toys. Stayed nice and cool. Hosts were quick to respond to any needs we had. Beach access was just a short 4 min walk away. Outdoor shower by the pool at the condo cut down on sand tracking back into the condo. The pool was super clean and well maintained everyday. We will definitely be staying here when we come back!

Reviewer Comments: We arrived 1 day earlier than expected and rather than stay in a local hotel and move in on the first day of January, I called the Bender Realtor, Lizzie, and she said our unit was clean and ready for our 2 month stay. So easy to work with this company. Our unit was clean and well furnished and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Condo was clean, had EVERYTHING we needed (fan, beach chairs, beach toys, games) to make our stay at the beach easy! We had an issue with one of the tenants on another floor and the person who was in charge of the HOA for that condo was the one that actually called in the issue, so we felt safe staying there. Bender reality was amazing, some of the nicest people I have worked with and easy to communicate with. 10/10 recommend staying at 105 and working with bender reality!

The unit really needs some beach chairs and an umbrella to use. It cost too much to rent them daily. We got one and left it in the unit for others as we flew and couldn’t take it back with us.
