Rules

There is a one-time fee to register your vehicle with the resort. The fee is: 2-3 days $25, 4-6 days $35, 7-14 days $45, 15 days or more $60)
You must provide a copy of the primary occupant's drivers license to the owner. Owner allows a maximum of SIX (6) guests in this condo.
A lease agreement must be signed within (7) seven days from date of booking to secure reservation. The owner will send lease to your personal email.

Room is exactly as listed! This was our second year staying in this room & it was just as nice this time as last year. We love that the host has thought of everything from a step ladder (that made loading & unloading the top of our vehicle easier) to a beach wagon & coolers. She is always available if we have any questions about our stay. We LOVE staying here & will again in the future!

Our stay was fantastic! Marlene is a great communicator- super easy to get a hold of. The property was clean and in a great location- close to the beach that was not ever super crowded, right in between two outdoor pools. We had a great stay!

Loved our week here! Really appreciated having the beach lounge chairs and umbrella. So nice to not have to pack ice chests, beach chairs or toys either. The condo had everything we needed including small fans for white noise to sleep and every type of kitchen utensil we needed. Marlene was amazing communicating with us and providing instructions to ensure our stay was perfect. The condo was very clean and decorated so cute! There were books to borrow, games to play, and plenty of baskets/shelving to organize our supplies for the week. Thank you!

Great stay in Fort Morgan

4 adults and a toddler stayed the week of the 4th. The condo was great for what we needed. The only negative was 2 of the 3 washers on the 1st floor didn’t spin the water out when you used them leaving some extra expense in trying to get things dry. We figure out to use the ones on the 3rd floor and everything was fine. Make sure you are ok with a drive into town. It was 18 minutes from Gulf Shores Parkway to the condo.

Loved this Condo!

My family loved this condo! We will definitely be saving this condo in our favorites.  The beachy themed decor, warm welcoming feeling, the cleanliness, & amazing communication with the owners made this a perfect getaway. Not to mention the extras that were included like the key cards to the indoor pool & saunas and the set of lounge chairs & umbrella. Plus all the beach items personally owned that the owners kindly let you borrow. All the games came in handy when the storms rained us out. Thank you, we had a great vacation!

Very Accurate Listing

We loved staying here for our fall break vacation! Everything was as listed on the site…pictures are exactly what the condo looked liked. We enjoyed all the extras that the owner provided. This owner has thought of everything from beach necessities (like a wagon & cooler) to home necessities (like a laundry hamper & fan). It was so nice having access to these types of things during our stay. She also had a small stool to use around the condo & a three-step small ladder that we were able to use to get our luggage on top of our vehicle. We loved being on vacation, but still feeling like we were home too. We hope to stay again in the future.

Great ground floor unit

Wonderful bedding, clean and updated condo. Lots of community amenities to enjoy included with the rent and it came with two beach chair ls and umbrella rental included! Thanks tremendously for all of the beach toys and boogie boards that were available and the fans for the white noise. Would stay here again!

Fantastic Family Vacation

Condo was fantastic and perfect for our vacation -just as pictures described ! We rented the condo many month ahead and Marlene answered all my many questions! The beach chair rentals were an extra perk. We are planning next year's Fort Morgan and we planning on staying here again!

We loved our stay here. The condo was immaculate. Everything was in pristine condition and fully functional. The owners thought of every detail! Extra storage in every nook and cranny, updated appliances, soft-shut cabinets. The deck faced the courtyard and was a great place to enjoy morning coffee. Plenty of light throughout the condo. The beds wer extremely comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Will definitely be back. It was the perfect size!

Wow! This condo is what you’re looking for if you want cleanliness, convenience, and communication! Marlene is amazing to work with and ensures all details are shared before, during, and after your stay. The condo is in a great location within the property, and the pools are literally only steps away. The reserved beach chairs and use of the condo wagon were a huge highlight for us, and made beach days with a four year old, a breeze.

Ideal location for golfing, relaxing on no-crowd beach, hiking Bon Secour wildlife refuge and biking Gulf State Park. Condo was clean and comfortable and had all extras to make grilling/cooking easy. Autumn at the beach

Marlene’s condo is a winner for our family of five. This is the second time we’ve stayed in her condo and it doesn’t disappoint. Her kitchen is well stocked, and there’s ample space to store pantry items and more. It is very clean and well designed. All her beds were comfy and were a crowd pleaser. We definitely w plan to use this condo as our “go to” when we visit Fort Morgan

First ever condo stay, won’t be our last!

As this was our first time ever staying in a condo at Gulf Shores (previously rented beach houses with large groups), we weren’t sure what to expect. After staying here, we realized our angst was for nothing as we had THE BEST time. The condo itself was gorgeous, incredibly clean, and such close proximity to the pools and ocean. We really appreciated all the “extras” Marlene and her husband included (e.g. chair rentals at the beach, beach cart, coolers, puzzles/games etc.) as we used all of these items daily. Not having to pack these items made it that much easier for us to relax/unwind. The indoor pool pass came in handy during the one day it did rain and the first floor location and proximity to the laundry area was fabulous. Marlene was so great with her level of communication, we had one minor issue with the dishwasher which was resolved the same day. We truly enjoyed our stay here and for sure plan to be back!
