Perfect place!

Perfect place to stay! Convenient location to all tennis courts (which is why we were there), beautiful and clean interior, and the host was easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay again!

Loved this place!!

This was the perfect place for our family. It was much bigger than we expected it to be. Great location and the beach just a few miles down the road was so convenient. It was such a great trip! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Another satisfying stay

Comfortable, roomy condo in a nice, private development close to everything we like to do and need. The manager is close by which is a plus.

Golf Tournament

Great location for the golf tournament my daughter was playing in. The home was very clean and great to just relax after a day of playing. Jodi was easy to contact and answered any questions I had quickly. Definitely will stay there again!

Great Time

We had an excellent stay and Jodi was so helpful and easy to reach. Would definitely want to stay again. Everything especially the kitchen was fully stocked and ready for any chef to make a meal. The condo itself was awesome with the 3 bedrooms and baths worked out beautifully. Scenery from the screened in porch overlooking the golf course - excellent!!

Spring Break in Gulf Shores

We loved the location of this property. It was quiet and a bit more secluded than most listings for Gulf Shores. It was clean and the room accommodations were exactly what we needed, including a walk-in closet off the master for our 3yo grandson to claim as “his bedroom”. Only suggestions would be to have some basic spices such as salt, pepper, etc in the pantry and an extra roll of higher quality toilet paper in each bathroom.

First visit to the Gulf Shore

My family and friends were very impressed with the Condo/Townhouse unit. It was very clean and the designs were fabulous! I communicated with Jodi with no problems. She was accessible and very professional. It was a wonderful first trip to Gulf Shores!

Vacation

This property was fantastic, the host Jodi was very nice. She needs to teach a master class on how to rent your home. This property had everything you can imagine except an out door grill, which was understandable. The property was on the second floor, located in a gated community. We would definitely come back here again.

Excellent place to stay! So clean and new!

I would totally do it again. My only disappointment was not realizing we had to pay to use the fitness center. That wasn’t clear in the info. But it’s not a deal breaker.

Comfortable stay close to town

Staying on the beach is not important to is. We prefer the privacy of a condo in Peninsula Gulf and Racket Club and proximity to Bon Secour NWF as well as Gulf State Park. Condo was comfortable and clean. The only problem we had was the after hour code provided to open the gate did not work. Thankfully a local contact person helped us with her remote.

Peaceful location

We had a great stay. Only a few minor hiccups that were quickly resolved. Owner was quick to respond. It may not be on the beach, but the balcony offered a peaceful spot to just sit and listen to nature and it was screened in which made it all the better. I would suggest that the bed in the first BR be looked at, as the headboard seems to bump the wall every time that you roll over. But it was an overall great stay and I would recommend this to anyone needing a restful stay away from the crowds and noise.

Absolutely gorgeous condo, love everything about it. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Great place to drink your morning coffee while overlooking the golf course. The condo owner supplied us with all the kitchen supplies we needed. Only thing I would recommend is a coffee maker that has an automatic shut off. Beds were comfy and plenty of space for everyone. We would rent this place again for sure. 😊

Great family getaway

My husband and I booked this property for our annual Memorial Day getaway with our family. If you like getting away from the crowded touristy areas, this is a great place! We are not golfers, but for those that are, the course looks wonderful. There are beautiful neighborhoods to walk through and hiking trails nearby. Our rental was spacious for our group of 7. There is a nice inside and outside pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, and exercise facilities. You do have to get in your car to drive a short distance to the beach, but that was no issue for us. It is still a short drive to busier part of Gulf Shores if that is what you like. Rates very reasonable!

Excellent condo!

The condo was very spacious. Each bedroom offered privacy. The unit was very well furnished. The bed I slept in was extremely comfortable! I slept way better here than I do at home. The outside screened in deck was great. We spent a lot of time sitting out there watching the golfers go by. The Peninsula is a very well kept and very well run. Everyone was very friendly. The month went too fast! I very much enjoyed staying in this unit. It was excellent!!!! I highly recommend it. Jodi was great to communicate with. A wonderful experience!

Lovely 3 bedroom condo on golf course

We thoroughly enjoyed 10 days in the lovely Link condo on the Pennisula property. The space was very well laid out for entertaining ourselves. We loved the open living area and gathered regularly around the large kitchen island cooking some wonderful meals. The beds and bedrooms were great especially the master and master bath. The condo was decorated very nicely. We did have to purchase measuring cups and spoons as well as salt and pepper as there were no staples. We loved the grounds as well as the screened porch overlooking the first fairway. The birds’ songs were a lovely treat having recently traveled from the wintery Midwest. There was a problem with the TV, but we brought our Roku, and they kindly offered up their Netflix password. We would love to come back next year for another stay.

Beautiful Unit

This was our first time staying in the area, and I kind of waited until the last minute to find a place to stay. I was looking for something around the orange beach area. However, I realize quickly that those places were super expensive on the beach and the properties were mid-level at best. I just so happen to run across this property on Verbo And I was amazed how nice the property looked in the pictures it is in Gulf Shores, which is about a 20 minute drive from the beach, but I was even more pleasantly surprised when we arrived and saw the place in person. This is quite literally one of if not the nicest short stay rentals my family and I have ever stayed in. It was exceptionally clean, the accommodations were out of this world, and the environment at the golf course was exquisite. Like I said, it was also a short drive to Orange. Beach and I would 100% recommend anyone stay at this property !

Great Condo

This condo is decorated and furnished so nice. I have stayed in other condos there and this one is by far furnished the best of those and has such a nice layout with the large island. We had an issue with the air conditioner and reported it right away. They had maintenance there and it was fixed in less than 3 hours. Luckily we were there for a family reunion at a home in the neighborhood and had somewhere to go while waiting but the on-site pools and nearby beach access are great too. Beautiful condo with a great view of the golf course.

Absolutely amazing!

Our stay was amazing. The property was well taken care of and felt like a home away from home. My entire family enjoyed the stay while we were here for a baseball tournament. Even our “adult” children (20, 20, & 18) enjoyed the property and area. Jodi was a fantastic host and everything was straight forward and incredibly nice. She even let us check-in early when we arrived early in the morning from Texas. I would 100% book with her again.

Our stay was great. The condo was very spacious and beautiful. Can not wait to return. Please also advise the owner the ac vent was turned the incorrect way in the bedroom with bath..
