Come and experience the ultimate in privacy! Our rare, east corner condo with sweeping, unobstructed views of the Gulf is located next to the Gulf State Park so the views are magical from each room in the condo including the primary bedroom. Come to play, rest or feed your soul.

Located on the 2nd floor, you’ll feel immersed in coastal vibes on our balcony that overlooks the white sandy beaches — ahhhh, relax to the sounds of the surf or sip coffee or cocktails!

Our condo has fabulous updates for the utmost in quality experiences for your getaway. The kitchen is fully equipped with Refrigerator , stove, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances with all the necessary utensils.
• King in the master bedroom -- with large dual area master bath, flat screen TV, and large walk in closet in the master bedroom
Two twin beds in the guest bedroom --with a bathroom in the hallway, flat screen TV, and closet as well in the guest bedroom
• The sofa converts to a sleeper (queen) in the living area –with a flat screen TV for the living area and two comfortable chairs for relaxing

• There is a washer and dryer in the hallway -- linens are provided for your stay
Our balcony is also a great refuge with a table and chairs along with two high top chairs and is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or even an afternoon snack. A great way to enjoy spending time with friends.

The location and views from this condo cannot be beat! The beach is just a short boardwalk away, indoor/outdoor pools were great if kiddos aren’t feeling a beach day. The hosts were excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo in a great location

We loved our stay! The condo is remarkably clean, nicely decorated, and the beds are very comfortable. The location is next to the state park, and the beach is not overly crowded or busy. It’s perfect for a relaxing vacation. The owners are very responsive and helpful.

Really nice view and good response by the owners. It was a really cute place and the beach was very close! Nice size pool as well, and the indoor/outdoor pool was a nice option. There are a lot of good dining options nearby. We hope to get back there! Thank you for a lovely stay.

We loved staying right on the beach with an amazing view of the ocean. The walk to the beach was easy. The outdoor pool was shaded in the afternoon, making it perfect for little ones who need a break from the sun. Mike was responsive and helpful throughout our trip.

Condo is super clean and amazing location. Owner was great and easy to communicate with. We didn’t have sheets for the pull-out couch upon arrival but got them within an hour of reaching out to the cleaning service. Overall great experience and would definitely come back!

Perfect play to stay

My sisters and I stayed 4 days in this condo and the location on the beach is perfect. Its on the second floor and when you sit on the balcony you feel like you are on the beach. Very private right now since Gulf Shores park land is on one side. Far enough away from the bars and restaurants to have some privacy but definitely a quick drive or walk to reach that area. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Big glass sliding doors in the living room give you a beautiful view of the beach. Mike was a great host and made sure when we arrived that all was good. He was very quick to answer questions and checked in on us from time to time. If we are in this area again I will definitely book my trip to stay in this condo.

This Royal Palms condo is in a great location within minutes of restaurants and shops. The best part is that it overlooks the beach, and you’re seconds from the ocean. With a beach chair /umbrella service right on the beach, you can spend the whole day taking in the waves!
