The location was literally steps from the beach. House was SO NICE: clean, bedding was comfortable and cozy. Perfect for a family/ friend group of 5-6 PLUS with the pull-out sofa, which we did not use.

Check in was super easy and staff were very nice; it was just down the road form the house which made it less stressfull. The house was very clean but does need some general maintenance. Kitchen was fully stocked (does not have a kurig) but a coffee pot. Kitchen needs a bit of work in updating though. Beds and rooms were very comfortable and super close to the beach. literally a few steps away and you're on sand.

Great location. Overall the house does fit the listing. Spacious living areas and kitchen. Nice sun room for reading, puzzles, etc. Great view of the water. Only downside is that the house doesn’t seem to be maintained very well. Lots of cosmetic issues as well as burned out lights, broken blinds, etc. Additionally, the satellite was so old and rusted that it fell off the house during a rainstorm during our stay. Taking out TV access. Spoke to property management company and they remedied it within a few hours. Overall we had a good experience.

Steps to beach!

We loved the convenience of just walking out to the beach! Not crowded like Gulf Shores. The house was clean and just as advertised. We plan on making it our place to stay each year!
