"Great reception staff. Always helpful. The hotel is in a great location for walking to the Old Town. The hotel is always clean. My room was, perhaps, a bit basic but it was very clean, quiet and with a very comfortable bed. When I next come to Lübeck I will certainly stay at this hotel."

I had also messaged the property to ensure we had a balcony/patio and to check on parking. They never responded, and when we arrived the staff informed us that the person who responds was off that day. Buyer beware…check out the hotel on their website and call if you need to reach them. Do not trust the Expedia descriptions. Overall a fine hotel in a great location."
