Bob and Lyric who work at the hotel did everything they could even with the huge language barrier from English to Mandarin and were so helpful trying to get my colleague and I to and from our destinations every day. They need English speaking channels for sure. Better coffee program for sure.

Small improvements needed

When u reach the hotel, there are big stairs and there is nobody to help you (no bell boys). You have to carry your heavy baggage yourself on the stairs. Then the reception is ok 6th floor. Out of 4 lifts, only is for the hotel. Same is when you want to check out. They should keep a staff on the main entrance (for incoming customers) and bell noy on the reception. The rooms are very good and you get a sound sleep. The room’s wifi does not works and you have to connect to the common wifi which is comparatively slow.

A+++ in everything

Hotel is new since Aug 2016. New, clean. All staff have excellent training and well manners. Not very over crowded. My check in experience is excellent. 陈小燕 even walk us up into our room. Carry our luggage into the room and follow up next day if we need any help. One thing really need immediately is varieties of breakfast, especially the pastries. However, since the location is so convenient. You can get breakfast very close by also. Highly recommended if the quality and cleanliness continue on and above this level.
