We had no complaints. On our last night an expensive shirt we bought disappeared. We had it forsure in the room. They wouldn’t show us camera footage. And honestly the camera operator was acting sketch when we told staff about the situation. It was nice hotel and everyone was nice until the shirt disappeared. Very disappointed at the end. Won’t be coming back though.

I made the mistake in booking this hotel but I’m so glad I did! SUPER CLEAN building and room. Food was great and the staff was always so helpful and My daughter loved out waitress, Lluvia. I would definitely recommend and come back to stay myself again!

The front desk was very rude at check in. A tall guy with a little goatee. I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always been good. They have always paid the taxi from airport. Tonight he refused and said they have a shuttle and I should have taken it. However in the past the hotel has always told me to pay for taxi and they would reimburse me. He refused and was rude about it. The more alarming issue is I asked for a 6:10 wake up call and he wrote down and never told the morning staff. Thank goodness I set an alarm as a back up. The morning receptionist was lovely.
