Sleeping arrangements

Designed for up to 4 guests, the space includes 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, each with clothing storage, hangers, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades to support restful nights. With 2 bathrooms and bathroom essentials provided, the routine of getting ready stays simple whether you are heading out for a day in the city or returning for a quiet night in.



Living space and comfort

Air conditioning helps keep the home comfortable throughout your stay, and the single level layout ensures easy movement with no stairs in the home. The elevator in the building provides convenient access. Inside, you can settle in with the TV or enjoy a friendly game at the ping pong table. A safe is available for added peace of mind, and luggage dropoff is allowed for early arrivals or late departures. Wifi and a dedicated workspace offer a place to focus when needed, and long term stays are welcomed.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen gives you the option to prepare your own meals, supported by the kitchen essentials noted in the amenities. When you prefer to dine in, the dining table offers space to share a meal before heading out or winding down for the evening. A washer and dryer add convenience during longer trips or after time spent exploring the city.

The building includes a gym and elevator, and the entrance to the home is accessed through a private entrance with a separate street or building entrance. A laundromat nearby adds another option for laundry needs. Cleaning is available during your stay if desired.

Located in the heart of Guadalajara, the area places you within easy reach of Paseo Chapultepec, Colonia Americana, Glorieta Minerva, and the Historic Center. Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the lobby. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the door, since it is an electronic gate. Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and to notify your host. *Check In time for reservations made the same day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

We have a private transportation service with additional cost that is available for you to move around the city with ease.



If you wish to hire it, it is important that you request it at least 15 hours in advance in order to coordinate it properly.



You can also use the cab service or platforms such as Uber.
