Wow! Where do I begin! I personally want to give praise to Lynn Parker for her impeccable customer service she provided to my family and I last night! We checked in for a staycation and this surpassed any home away from home that I could ever imagine. She upgraded our room to not just any room but the presidential suite! We had no idea what we were walking into and our mouths dropped as soon as we opened the door. The views from that suite were breathtaking and the spaciousness was unbelievable. I felt like a queen and this was done out of the goodness of her heart. Thank you so much for granting us that experience! We are forever grateful and you have made our month. We will always come back to the Fox Tower, she has won over new repeat customers! Thank you so much again.

Pros. Location. Room and bathroom size were large. Everything was clean. Cons. Dates and beat up. The wood work was chipped and pieces missing. Slight stuffy smell. Loud. You could hear people all night long after midnight.

The hotel room and the casino areas were very nice. However, in the hotel lobby there was a baby mouse running around. The hotel staff was notified and they did say they're getting the exterminator

I would like to start by saying that the room was great, bed was better than most hotel beds, not amazing but we did not wake up to sore. The check in was very slow. Hundreds of guests were all checking in at the same time on what seemed to be a busy Saturday with four staff members rocking that line. We waited for at least 45 minutes. This was just one hotel on the Foxwoods property, not the check in for all of the hotels.

The overall stay at this property was nice overall. However when checked out we was double charged a night. We booked reservation on Expedia about a month ago. We decided to pay half up front which was about $274. This was a 2 night trip. When we arrived we knew they was going to charge for $100 deposit and any upgrades that we did get 1 out of the 2 requested. So it's check out time. Now at 1 oclock in the morning we was charged the remaing balance $582.99. So when we checked out turned in the keys my husband got a notification that he was charged at checkout $393.29.Talked to the staff and they seemed confused at what happened. They said we should received the difference back on my husband's card in 7 to 10 business day. We are waiting and hope this matter gets resolved soon.
