"This is my second time staying here. The first was a mother/daughter trip seven years ago. Most recently, an anniversary trip with my partner. Both times, the visit was excellent. The property is exactly as advertised and the host is great (quick communication, thorough information, nice amenities). Both times I’ve stayed, it has stormed overnight, and we had a great experience both times. We kayaked (taking dogs in the kayaks both times!), explored the property, and relaxed. It was awesome to see how much the property has grown since my first visit and I loved seeing other people in the other cabins. We also really loved how friendly the goats, pig, cats, and dog were! Wish we had brought some veggies and treats for all of the animals. Highly recommend this location for a nice getaway in the country & taking a break from the business of life, while still having the comforts of a/c and a nice bed."
