I was really looking forward to staying here. I live a few hours away and I love riding the swamp rabbit trail. I will say the location is great. But I don't think these people care very much about making this property what it should be. There was absolutely no hot water or water pressure for a shower, and no internet or Wi-Fi the entire weekend. Definitely, do not stay in the owl room. Again, I'm easy to please, but this place is not trying very hard and definitely not worth what they charge. Sucks because I rarely give poor reviews

Love this non-chain place! Walkable to downtown too. The common areas were nice to have, including the porches, but there were ants, so check open food well. The bathroom was quite tiny, with the sink literally in the way of the toilet, so if anyone has any disability or is overweight, this could pose an issue.

The location is great. Ample free parking also. We had an upstairs room and it was hot when we returned at 10pm (it was during July). After about 45 minutes of back and forth texts, the owner finally moved us to a downstairs room which was much cooler.

The Inn was in a great location, we could walk to many places. Having the breakfast food was a great option although we have lots of favorite breakfast places so we didn’t use much. We texted early on about a light out going upstairs which was hazardous when it got dark and never received a reply (texts sent up until check-in were answered promptly). Room could have used side tables by bed and one side didn’t have any outlets.

Good central location to Swamp Rabbit Trail in downtown Greenville. Clean, spacious rooms. Good self prepared breakfast foods. The owners instructions to guests was quite verbose. I'd suggest he pay more attention to property maintenance ie broken dishwasher and No wifi!

What a find in Greenville, South Carolina! Such a cute place to stay. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. I loved the huge shared spaces like the living room and kitchen. Being able to cook your own breakfast was amazing—they provide everything you need to do it yourself. I will definitely stay here again!

The Swamp Rabbit Inn is a hidden gem in downtown Greenville. The location is perfect...right by the Reedy River Park. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. My favorite thing about this place is the access to bikes and the swamp rabbit trail, which is right around the corner. The only thing my hubby was disappointed about was the TV, which was really hard to figure out, even with instructions.

Beautiful older B+B style Inn. Great location you can just walk downtown or to the ballpark. Easy to locate with good parking. Clean and charming room with a comfortable bed. That being said the bathroom is the size of a small closet with phone booth sized shower. I would stay there again if I ever go back to Greenville. There are two porches and a great room with living area and a full kitchen that the guest may use. Also bikes available. Even provide coffee, muffins , fruit and snacks for the guests Very charming .
