Directly overlooking Main st, you are in the middle of all the action. Walk to Bon Secour Arena, the Peace Center, Fluor Field, the waterfall and suspension bridge at Falls Park. And more!

A short drive away: Clemson, Furman, NGU, Wofford, for sports. Nearby lakes, Keowee, Hartwell, and Jocassee, are great for fishing and boating.

Suite A is surrounded by dozens of restaurants, retail, specialty shops. You are perched above bustling Main Street in the historic 103 year old Cauble Commons building, a marketing showpiece for downtown revitalization. No elevator.

Suite A features an 18ft ceiling, Heart pine floors. City views. Safe and secure, with a door code required for entry into the building.

Enjoy a full kitchen. Two full bathrooms. King bed in loft area. The extra large windows are great for people watching! Because of the open loft concept, the unit is not recommended for families with very young children. Although, Please, contact me about your family stay. No pets. No smoking. No parties. Thank you.

Professionally cleaned with detailed sanitizing and disinfecting of the unit. Additional cleaning products, and disinfectants are provided.

No on-premise parking, although, limited street parking is available. Richardson street Garage, a two minute walk, is across the street (pay to park). Parking on Main st is free after 4pm Friday through Monday at 10am. (Special events excluded, signs will be posted).
