This is our second Short term rental family renovation project and we hope you will give us a try! You will be close to everything when you stay with us. Close to downtown Greenville, Furman, Swamp Rabbit Trail, Travelers Rest, and more. Paris Mtn State Park is just down the road. This completely furnished, recently renovated, 2-bedroom, 1 bath home has a fully-stocked kitchen (really!) and more. Non-smoking and pet-free. Private with a drive- through driveway. Immaculate, well kept, cozy and comfortable.

Lovely Cottage

The house was one of the nicer places we have stayed. The house was very clean. Very cute decor with a lot of attention to details. Little details like coffee, creamer, spices and even a new toothbrush were provided by the owner.

We were visiting from the Chicagoland area for a wedding.House was perfect for our needs.15 minutes or less to all of our downtown wedding activities.It was less expensive to stay here than at the hotel and we had so much more space and privacy.House is clean and has everything you could possibly need for a great stay.Our only wish was that the bathroom was a bit larger, but that was the only negative we could find.If we ever find ourselves in Greenville again, we would book this house again.

The Swedes visit July 2024

My niece and her family visited for the 9th time here in Greenville since 2008. Always stayed at our home before. This year with two grown daughters I felt they needed more space than we could offer. They were delighted with this home. Light, bright, comfortable and very clean and fresh looking. A bit sparse outside in the yard, but easy to drive in and out. Charming Stay

Such a cosy house and the earplugs were a bonus since it's on a well traveled road. The fully equipped kitchen made us need for nothing and made us feel at home and welcome. The extra blankets and throws came in handy for cozying up on the couch for a good movie. Thanks for such a wonderful place to lay our heads after two busy days. This property goes above and beyond with all the comforts of home: washer/dryer; ironing board, iron, coffee, tea, waters and the list goes on - very special touch and super clean home - great beds too! Thank you - hope to come back some day!

Quiet cottage, nicely furnished

I stayed for a weekend retreat to reflect on where I've been over the last two years and what the transition to senior citizenship might entail, emphasis on "citizen." The cottage was an ideal location. The kitchen is fabulous with a gas stove and high quality cupboards, dishes, and cooking utensils. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've slept in. It's a short drive to Paris Mountain State Park. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area. The hosts were excellent communicators, quick to respond to all inquiries.

Such a Great Stay!

Everyone who stayed there was pleasantly surprised at how great this house was! It was even better than the pictures portrayed. The Kitchen was modern, comfortable, and spacious. The living room furniture was just right and the beds were comfortable! The location is a bit of a drive to all the cool spots like TR and West Greenville but definitely worth it for the price! We hope to stay here again next trip to Greenville!
