Affordable quick stay and clean Like the fact they make sure they stick to covid cleaning sanitation Have hot water always a plus Might have been doing some construction on floor above me but at least they maintaining or updating the place Front desk was helpful with parking and room on map

I was extremely disappointed that what I paid for, I did not receive. The reason I stayed there was for the pool and the free continental breakfast. I paid extra for it and was not offered a sorry or any kind of discount. The staff was very impersonal ( especially morning crew). I have been in the hospitality business my whole life, and it was obvious to me that I was not a quest there. So that won't happen again.

Hello Alicia, you will find that our rates are drastically reduced due to COVID19 actually. Our regular rates for this season of the year are $119-$129 per night. We are at just a little more than half that. We would like nothing more than to be able to safely open the pool and the buffet breakfast. We are offering the grab n go breakfast. We will not be opening those other amenities during COVID19. I also have been in hospitality for 23 years Alicia. None of us have EVER been through something like this before. I'm sorry that you were disappointed. It is for your safety and ours as well that we are following those guidelines.

First room #150 The A/C wasn’t working. They changed my room without problems. We were a group we got around 10 rooms. Most of them were charged extra charges, the front desk during Overnight a lady with red hair was veeeeryy Rude. She doesn’t know how to speak to the customer a very nasty attitude. I guess she got the wrong job. I won’t recommend this hotel just because their customer service needs a lot of improvement maybe they need to train their employees. They don’t even let you talk, they start talking over you and with a ghetto attitude. The second room was good. Beds are not too comfy and pillows are tiny but comfy. You need 2 pillows to make one haha. A lot of places to eat near.

Left the morning at 8am and put do not disturb sign by the knob of the door. When i returned back to the room around 7 or 8pm the door was pushed opened by my daughter and i hadnt used the key yet. Spoke with manager and they looked at video and basically told me it wasnt their fault. I wasnt looking for no money or anything in return. I just wanted to check out cause i didnt feel like things were secure if i left. Couldnt leave til the morning cause i had to wait for the manager. He took no responsiblity for the incident. I just wanted an apology and some acknowledment of the incident. Basically i was left to feel like i was crazy and it didnt happen. I did check out in the morning and not charged for the next night i had reserved but just wouldve liked a little more sympathy from the staff. Lucky no one else had taken anuthing out of my room but the video did show housekeeping come by my room and they did move my sign to the middle of the door. Dont know how my room was left unlocked. I did check my door before i left. The video wasnt a streaming video it was like picutres taken. So couldnt see if housekeeping opened the door just that they got in front of the door then they were gone and sign was moved.
