The hotel was in a bit of a remote location, and the only food really available was from a gas station convenience store / Little Caesar's combo. The room itself was clean. There was a clothes hanging rod about a foot above the desk - which made no sense to us.

The gal that checked us in at night accommodated my request for rooms downstairs. That was great! The room however had mold on walls in bathroom and smelled like mildew as soon as you walked in. I also started itching as soon as I sat on bed, woke up with bites on legs, not sure if mosquito, I suspect bed bugs. My daughters also had bites on legs and on back.

Keep Driving

The hotel seemed nice, but the rooms were very dated. The beds were decent. I was afraid to walk on the carpet without shoes, and I found a few bugs on the towels. After a Google review, I think they were carpet beetles.

Many of the Windham hotels claim they have a hot tub and don't. This one does and it was clean. The whole pool area was actually clean.
