Get what you pay for

Listen, you don’t stay at the Inca for frills. You stay here if you need a flat surface to sleep on because you were planning to be camping in the backcountry but the weather sucks. It’s not an awful place, but certainly no bells or whistles. Couple of light switches in our room had shorts in them which was mildly terrifying, but ultimately the place didn’t burn down, so there’s that. We had to check in at their companion property. Mildly annoying but not end of world. It’s a roof over your head and if you’re doing the Moab area right, you’re not spending a ton of time in your hotel room anyway. The cleaning solution they use has a scent that reminded me of the gas stations that have restroom access on the exterior of the building with a coin operated condom machine. In a pinch, the price is right. I’d stay here again if I needed to, though if I was booking well ahead, I’d probably consider other options.

Inca Inn is an older property, and it shows. Broken windows, damaged rain gutters, and no management onsite - they're located at a property next door, which is a long way when you have to walk there in a thunderstorm to check in or out. The room was 'clean' but there were streaks on the wall around the toilet which was nasty. I could not share this with the clerk because he was always preoccupied - he's trying to manage multiple properties at peak tourist time. Not the cheapest room in town, and certainly not the most expensive. Think 60's era motel with free (insecure) WiFi, and the towels will remind you of gym class in junior high.

The ceiling in the bathroom was falling down. The room itself was clean. Had to move us to another smaller room. Not as clean. Had to get a new shower curtain because the new rooms smelled like urine.

Reasonably quiet in spite of being on the main road which is very busy. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. But the outside had debris near the vending/ice machine. Made the place look dumpy. Management needs to clean this up.

I can get over that it's old did show signs of attempt to remodel could use a detail cleaning but the biggest reason for this poor review was the stink in the hotel heavy smell of cologne thought it was left over from a guest until it was there after we returned on our first day meaning it had to be a member of the housekeeping staff we had to sit outside the first night go to the store and buy Febreze and spray the room finally was able to sleep in it and was very upset to have to do this again the next day

Was a great stay, better than expected for being half the cost of most Moab hotels, until check out day when cleaning service banged on my door incessantly at 8am until I told them to go away, despite the "do not disturb" sign being on the door. Was trying to sleep in before one last ride and a long drive home, they ruined that.

The bathroom window screen was damaged and laying on the ground. The parking is tight with no accomadation for a second vehicle. Three gas grills are available off premisis at the sister Adventure Inn which we used without drama. Arun was running both properties after the Inca Inn clerk moved to Texas and did a great job!

This is the old style motel where the rooms have been modernized. Realize that the walls are thin so you hear people on both sides of you. Clean and seems to be kept well.
