My standards are not unrealistic, especially for a budget priced hotel. The room we were given at the Inca Inn however was completely unacceptable. Upon entry there was a large puddle on the floor due to leaking refrigerator. There were personal items left from previous customers. Supplied disposable paper coffee cups were used. Couldn’t see television through the greasy haze on it. Toilet seat was covered in dry urine and pubic hair, shower was caked in mildew, and the supplied linens should have been demoted to rags long ago. It was very apparent that no cleaning had been done prior to our arrival. We spoke to the front desk manager and refused the room. In an effort to make things right, he offered us another room but after what we witnessed, we no longer felt comfortable staying there. We were instructed to seek our refund through Expedia where we had booked. Hopefully this review inspires the Inca Inn to make the changes needed.

This is an older motel, the room was clean. Quite around motel even with the highway out front. Over all a good place to stay, I would stay again if nothing else available. Just expected a little more for the price.

Nice older property. Great beds! The staff was wonderful. A bit noisy being close to the highway, but earplugs did the trick. No breakfast but good WiFi connections. Great value for the price paid.
