I saw big parking area we didnt need. The staff was excellent. Hotel great location. Our heater hit a glich our last night. Maintenance came in to fix. Would stay here again.

Overall great stay near French Quarter and Canal St. of New Orleans. Good room quiet on the 23rd floor. Had 3 nights with family there and the location if the Westin was perfect People working there are very helpful. Valet staff all were great!
