"Our bed didn't have pillow cases on the pillows. Everything was clean and it probably was a grand hotel at one time, but it needs some updates. It was very quiet. The price was very reasonable compared to the rest of the hotels in the Buffalo area this time of the year."

"Cable Television few channels only and always flicking. Bathroom supplies were limited and run empty. Bathroom floors were dirty with hair dropping. Breakfast were limited and servants complained a lot. Terrible."
