Its in a busy section of town but it was clean and comfortable. The hot tub is actually hot which was a welcome change. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would stay there again. Price was cery fair for what we got. Way better than Air B&B

Staff was very nice and accommodating. The reviews online don't match the property. Had a 7 plus rating out of 10, I thought we were staying at a clean and safe place, not so much. We had to change rooms once we arrived because that bathroom wasn't clean, poo and mold on the toilet. Figured they would send someone up to clean it, nope, we had to change rooms. Left for dinner, came back and a homeless person was doing drugs off of foil next to the back entrance in front of my children. The next morning, an ambulance was out there, not sure if they OD. The cleanliness of our room was lacking. Looked like poo was wiped on the walls and light switch in the bathroom. Black stuff was coming out between the seams in the shower. Yellow moisture was dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom. Couldn't walk barefoot in the room without your feet turning black. The walls and door handles in the place were disgustingly dirty. They didn't fight when I asked to cancel the remainder of our reservation and a full refund. We will see if they refund my money.

We've stayed at this property many times over the years and have always found it acceptable. We had to change rooms from #215 to #211, but that was my fault. The fact remains, my Apple watch was with us in the first room and hasn't been seen since and no, we didn't go out after arriving. Having checked with your office, I've been told a search was done w/o success and housekeeping said they didn't find it. We've emptied, gone thru everything that was with us, including pockets. I'm sorely disappointed and would sure like to have it back. It has to be somewhere. Can't track it on my phone - the reason I took it off my wrist is that the battery was dead.

Older Hotels Must Be Harder To Clean.

Deborah checked me in and made me wish that cloning was available for ALL of my hotel experiences. She was a bright light on my dark,driving road. Such a wonderful person and employee. Now, the hotel room…LOL. Older establishment and looks to have never had an upgrade. The carpets are definitely not for bare feet. Pretty gross. Paint chips from cracked places on the wall still on the bathroom floor and toilet looked like someone had used it right before I walked in… Not warm enough bedding. THIN little blanket and THIN little top spread, which was not clean, is not sufficient in freezing weather.

Good value

Pros: Nice, clean, quiet, comfortable room. The indoor pool and hot tub were definitely the highlights. Good value overall. Cons: I pre-registered online, but they still made me fill out all the same info on paper. Breakfast was very basic; we ended up eating mostly food that we brought with us.
