"Room was fine, hotel staff pleasant and mostly helpful. Springhill advertised a shuttle to/from OSU hospitals, but driver did not know the way to the main entrance to Doane Hall (450 W 10th). I had to direct him. We called to be picked up at 12:30 and waited outside Doane from 12:45 to 13:45 but no shuttle. When we got back to Springhill at 2PM (having walked) back and asked what had happened to our ride we were told the driver went but we were not waiting. Nonsense! The driver got lost again?"
