Everything was great until people started to leave a 6am. Unfortunately I had room 101! Never again room101.But I will stay there again desk people were great and the room was spotless. Elvertor was out and they handled very professionally.

1. Not greeted when signing in 2. There was no blow dryer-called front desk, who said it was hanging on bathroom door (nope) -lwas told she would call us back- she did not, my husband then went to front desk where she was sitting with her face in her hands-told him there were no blow dryers….i have never stayed in a hotel that advertised they provided them as an amenity -& could not provide one 3. Bath sink was so clogged we had to wait 45 min between brushing our teeth 4. We will choose another chain next time
