Upholestry had spots on it and bedding had stains and hair in between comforter and and fleas sheet. Had to twist new sheets and vacuum cleaner so i could clean myself due to carpet having scattered crumbs next to the beds and underneath the desk area. Strange order in elevator and room ( smeeled like a dirty carpet

Room was comfortable and spacious. Check in quick, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar was okay. We had our dog with us so we had a dog friendly room, and there were no bad smells. All in all would recommend especially if you are traveling with a pet.

The lobby was nice and clean upon entry. Front desk staff were very nice! This was our first time visiting Dothan, Alabama. We booked a pet friendly room of which my new puppy of 10 weeks old, kept finding things under the bed....pieces of a wooden pencil, plastic papers, food pieces...etc. My husband found a pill of some kind, and paper rollers for some sort of smoke? I was upset about the cleanliness of our room and was told they needed a day in advance to clean our room. I went to the store and purchased a small vacuum to clean under the bed and the carpet (which was nasty)...I also purchased a wet jet mop to clean the vinyl floors because my socks were turning black when I walked on the floors... It took 3 wet jet cleaning pads to clean the floors and they were filthy after I was done cleaning! Also, the shower head wouldn't turn off because the knob was broken and the tub wouldn't hold water because the drain was broken...the breakfast food was nasty too. Needless to say, we do not recommend staying at this hotel due to its uncleanliness! An Upset customer!
